Welcome to the MarketMagnetix Partner Program!

Before you dive in and start earning, please review these Terms and Conditions carefully.

By participating, you agree to the rules outlined below.

1. Eligibility

You must complete the Partner Application and receive approval from our Partner Team to participate.
MarketMagnetix reserves the right to approve or deny any applicant at our sole discretion.

2. Referral Tracking

Once approved, you’ll receive a unique referral link or a tracked method to ensure accurate credit for your referrals.
Only referrals made through approved channels will qualify for commissions.

3. Commission Structure

• Commission Rate: Partners earn 10% of the total revenue from each referred business.
• Ongoing Earnings:
  You’ll continue to earn 10% monthly for up to the first twelve (12) months of the referred business’s active service engagement.
• Termination of Commission:
  If the referred business discontinues services with MarketMagnetix at any point within those twelve months, commission payouts will immediately end following their final service payment.

4. Payment Terms

• Commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month.
• Payouts are issued by the 15th of the following month.
• Payment methods include ACH transfer, PayPal, Zelle (based on your preference).
• You are solely responsible for any taxes associated with your earnings.

5. Program Changes

MarketMagnetix reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Partner Program at any time, with or without notice.
Changes will become effective immediately upon posting or notification.

6. Termination

We may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause.
You may also choose to leave the program by notifying us in writing.

Possible termination reasons include:

• Misrepresentation of our services
• Breach of these Terms
• Unethical behavior that could harm the MarketMagnetix brand
• 
  

7. Limitation of Liability

MarketMagnetix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Partner Program.

8. Independent Contractor Status

Partners are considered independent contractors, not employees or agents of MarketMagnetix.
Nothing in this program creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your application and participating in the program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
